Jen — Wellness Planner

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) model gives people a structured way to manage wellness, but keeping that plan present, personal, and easy to update can be hard without a supportive tool.

Why this matters

Wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Knowing your own triggers, early warning signs, and coping tools gives you more choice and steadiness, especially during difficult periods.

Current idea
Jen is a supportive wellness-planning tool based on the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) model. It helps you identify what keeps you well, notice early changes, build a personal action plan, and organize strategies for harder times. Jen is designed to be calm, autonomy-centered, and non-medicalized: it supports reflection and planning, not diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional care, therapy, or emergency help.
Accessibility notes
Large, clearly labeled controls; plain language throughout; adjustable reminders; screen-reader-friendly structure; and no reliance on color alone. The experience is paced so it never feels rushed or judgmental.
What was learned
Wellness tools are most useful when they make space for the person's own words and priorities rather than imposing a fixed checklist.
