Echo Pal
Quiet, unclear, or hard-to-project speech often doesn't carry in a room, and repeating yourself is exhausting.
Why this matters
Some people can speak, but their voice doesn't always reach everyone who needs to hear it. Amplifying their words preserves their own voice rather than replacing it.
- Current idea
- Echo Pal listens through the microphone and speaks back everything it hears using text-to-speech.
- Accessibility notes
- Single large control, voice-first operation, adjustable output, no reading required.
- What was learned
- A simple, always-ready echo can be more useful than a complex communication app.
